“Overall, my experience with the red-light therapy I found it had been pleasing and I was satisfied with the results that I received. I chose to not take any of my anti-inflammatory meds in order to see if the red-light therapy would work as well throughout the sessions. I would do neck stretches and hold my hands close to the panels. I found it to relieve my stiffness and swelling at the injured site. I highly recommend this for anybody who is looking for a more natural way to control pain, stiffness and swelling.”

“The red light was a warm, comforting experience for me. The sessions themselves were calm and peaceful. Afterward, I loved the feeling it gave my body, joints, etc. I feel that my expectations may have been too much at first. As time went on, I began to feel improvement. My sleeping was much improved plus the red light on my bad rash from poison really did make a difference. Additionally, I feel it has helped the skin on my face. I would recommend RLT especially for any surface skin problem and improved sleep. Although my achy joints improved, I will keep working on that. I found the facility to be clean, aesthetic and very friendly staff. A great experience for me and my health!”

I had a dull headache when I went in and when she worked on my neck and scalp, I could feel it fading away. After that I had a half hour reflexology foot massage with Crystal and actually fell asleep getting it done. Best feeling ever. I will most definitely be coming back here often."
