TABLE THAI MASSAGE
Fully dressed massage where the therapist moves you through a variety of positions to relieve joint and muscle tension. Using compression and long gliding strokes while your muscles are in a shortened, neutral, and elongated position. This improves flexibility, joint stiffness, and leaves you feeling refreshed.
